Art has always been a passion of mine, from when I was young sketching people in my math classes, to my time in theater and up until today. I always saw it as a way to express myself in ways that I couldn't necessarily do with words. When I finally started pursuing art, however, I had no clue where I wanted to go with it

I initially spent most of my time working on my craft, honing skills that would allow me to recreate or fabricate historical processes and props from cinema and theater. This is still a large portion of my craft, as an attempt to expand my own skillset and to learn new processes.

In recent months, my work has translated more towards bringing concept art and animated styles into the real world, taking the lines from the screen into reality.

Having completed a BFA at San José State University, and currently working in the quality control side of digital media,  my goal is to join a film studio's prop department as a designer and manufacturer.
